We were instructed to carry out a Reinstatement Cost Assessment to a site spanning over 550,000 sq ft arranged over 42 storeys and three levels of basement. The survey team spent the day on site inspecting all areas from roof level to sub-basement and understanding construction details, methodology and areas within the building. Consideration had to be made of the form of construction, market conditions and statutory requirements including recent changes to the Building Regulations. We were able to mobile quickly and ensure the clients deadline of reporting was met.
