HartDixon have been assisting the client in a Project Monitoring capacity throughout the design, planning, demolition and construction phases of the project. The role involves regular inspections, construction and contract expertise and general advice, aiding the client with decision making and tracking the progress through monthly inspections and reporting.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Huw joined HartDixon in 2013. With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
