Following a significant basement flood caused by a faulty water main valve, HartDixon were appointed as Contract Administrator to oversee the strip-out and full refurbishment of Apartment 2, The Lansbury. Working closely with the insurance loss adjuster, contractor, leaseholder and Rhodium’s property management team, we coordinated the replacement of all damaged finishes, building services and bespoke fittings.
The 20-week, £750k programme was delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard, returning this premium Knightsbridge residence to its full specification.

Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
