Before joining HartDixon, Serena spent ten years at AKT II, an engineering consultancy renowned for its design-led approach, where she gained extensive experience delivering projects across a range of sectors.
Specialising in the design and analysis of complex structures, Serena has developed strong technical expertise in both steel and concrete construction. Building on this foundation, she brings a structured, analytical, and solution-focused mindset to her role in project management, helping clients navigate challenges with clarity and precision.
Outside of work, Serena is passionate about health and the outdoors. She enjoys running, hiking, and cycling, particularly long-distance bike touring, and she loves to travel, having once taken a gap year to explore the world.
