HartDixon acted as the Agreed Surveyor for the redevelopment at Chatto Road, overseeing notifiable works including the raising of the rear addition party parapet wall, raising the rear wall of the rear addition and tying into the party wall, as well as the removal of a chimney stack and chimney breast abutting the party wall.
