HartDixon acted as Building Owners Surveyor in relation to notifiable Party Wall matters for this Grade II listed property, working closely with the design team and numerous adjoining owners due to the complexity of the proposed temporary works structure. The role involved serving notice on multiple adjacent owners and navigating the sensitivities associated with the listed status.
