Thames Water has a vast portfolio of industrial, commercial and residential building stock, all of which have varying degrees of criticality in Thames Waters’ operation. Primarily, operational buildings which were core to the function of the organisations; and administrative buildings which provided the management of the estate and the operation were to be given priority for planned maintenance budgets.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
