The portfolio was wide and varied and needed our substantial experience to provide what was needed. The client required detailed PPMs including building services. The principal driver for the commission was to underpin budget requests and therefore PPMs needed to be thorough, robust and capable of withstanding challenges. We delivered what was required in a tight timeframe and met the client’s deliverables.

With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
