HartDixon was appointed by the client to undertake detailed, non-intrusive condition surveys of multiple court buildings across the South East of England, including but not limited to the listed Royal Courts of Justice building in central London. Our surveys included the internal and external fabric of the buildings, identifying both the current condition and then predicting the remedial works required over the following 10 years, along with associated budget costs. The survey work was undertaken within programme and as per the agreed fee.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.

Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
