HartDixon was appointed by the client to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the split occupation of an existing retail unit, with a proposal to provide retail space to the ground floor and a leisure operator at first and second floor level.
HartDixon undertook the lead role in delivery of the works, which comprised of asbestos abatement, shell and core, floor strengthening, acoustic treatment to separate the leisure and retail unit, façade and shop front replacement, roof replacement and resurfacing of the rear loading bay. Extensive MEPH works were also undertaken as part of the scheme to include replacement of the central HVAC plant, new lift and a sprinkler system.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.

Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
