HartDixon conducted an external condition survey on the long leasehold interest of the Freeholder within a commercial office setting in central London. The project involved inspecting complex buildings and structures, requiring meticulous attention to detail. The team successfully coordinated access with multiple tenants, adhering to strict deadlines and inspection periods to deliver a comprehensive and precise report to the client.

Ravi joined HartDixon in April 2023, having previously worked at Colliers and JLL. He has gained experience within the commercial sector, working with Landlords and Tenants across London and the Southeast. Ravi has a background in core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, dilapidations, contract administration and technical due diligence.
