HartDixon inspect (including the use of cradle access) and report on the office portfolio using state of the art technology to capture and present our findings. Using our technical expertise, experience and technology, we identify both critical issues and long-term life cycle costs to assist in planning future works. Reports are presented to enable interrogation and filtering for all involved in the running of the buildings, from local operations managers to asset and fund managers.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
