Data centre projects bring a number of challenges for planning applications, from issues around local employment to the often-negative perceptions of data centre facilities in a local community. Added to this, Hayes was set to be the tallest multi-storey building in the area.
HartDixon provided Project Management services for the planning application, along with due diligence advice, inspections and reporting on the development in conjuncture with the wider technical team, for investment purpose for acquisition.
As the lead expert in data centres, we have coordinated and advised on the specific data centre technical and performance requirements, mechanical and electrical installations, environmental issues, local compliance and cost advice.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
