This development is a purpose built, mixed-use site, comprising retail, commercial and residential in the heart of Mayfair. The shell and core retail properties were fitted out by the tenants.
GPE reviewed the completed fit-out and HartDixon’s role was to work as an extension of the GPE team to monitor on site works and thoroughly review the final reports. In our role as LTA advisers, we fed into the financial drawdowns by reporting on progress, triggering the milestone for payment as and when agreed. Should any of the works be delayed, it was our role to keep the landlord informed.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
