HartDixon provided Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer services for the external wall cladding replacement works across three residential blocks, with residents remaining in occupation across the entirety of the works. In addition, HartDixon supported the client in securing government backed funding to undertake the works.

Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
