HartDixon was appointed by the client to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the redevelopment of the existing offices to provide new double height retail units and CAT-A office floors above. Works comprised to of a new extended 3 storey steel frame façade set within the existing building, to provide both retail and food and beverage units within the repurposed ground floor space. New first floor offices within the new extension, were fitted out to a contemporary “industrial feel” CAT-A standard. Associated works including external hard landscaping; installation of public art to the existing brick front façade; extensive MEPH replacement works including new central HVAC plant and new lifts.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.

Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
