Broadgate Quarter

Reinstatement Cost Assessment

Value: Undisclosed

Location: London

Project Type: Reinstatement Cost Assessment of a city office and leisure development of circa 650,000 sq ft

Duration: n/a

Sector: Office and Leisure

Expertise

With rising construction costs and volatile inflation, the challenge on doing RCA’s is fairly reflecting the liability at a point in time. On this property, assessing the buildings in terms of what is included or excluded was difficult given the leisure accommodation/fit out. We invest time to understand the insurers and their approach to ensure the RCA fairly reflects the insurance liability.
