Work involved securing 10 licenses to alter for office, gym, and external fit-outs, along with monitoring works connecting an adjacent building across multiple floors. The main challenge was managing multiple leases, customising information for each, and linking an 80,000 sq ft building with a 250,000 sq ft building, addressing the impact on services and fire strategy.

Huw joined HartDixon in 2013. With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
