HartDixon undertook a detailed condition survey initially, followed by a Contract Administration role and Principal Designer services for the proposed repair and redecoration of the brise soleil to the external elevations of the building, having identified defective sections and poor decorations to the existing brise soleil.
Following reports of defects noted to the brise soleil, HartDixon was instructed to draft a condition survey report and provide budget costs, which was presented to the client for their consideration, HartDixon was then appointed as Contract Administrators to manage the subsequent repair and redecoration works as part of the client’s annual CapEx works for the development.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Jon joined HartDixon 2010. He was previously at Lambert Smith Hampton. Jon has experience in a full range of project management and building consultancy skills, including acting as project manager and employer’s agent for new build and refurbishment projects in the office, retail and industrial sectors. He also has a strong background in professional services including dilapidations, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys.
