HartDixon acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agent on this refurbishment scheme, which included refurbishment of the common parts. HartDixon also provided cost consultancy advice throughout the project.
This involved advice on procurement, managing the design process and ensuring key TCE/market expectations were considered and delivered, working within a limited budget whilst achieving Grade A office space and implementing environmental targets.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
