HartDixon was appointed as Project Manager for 140 Aldersgate, an 8 storey and lower ground floor building with a sub-basement, including reception works and ‘end of trip’ facilities. The typical office floor space was 996 sqm, with an overall office NIA across the building of 8,299 sqm / 89,329 sqft.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
