HartDixon was appointed to provide dilapidations and Project Management services. The team was initially appointed to prepare and settle a dilapidations claim relating to the second floor office area.
Following the completions of this service, we were subsequently appointed as Project Managers for a CAT-A+ refurbishment of the first office, CAT-A refurbishment of the second floor office, and a refurbishment of the communal reception area. The refurbished office space equates to circa 18,000 sqft. The first floor and reception areas were refurbished to a high standard befitting of this landmark building. All works were undertaken whilst the remainder of the property was in occupation.
