HartDixon was appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators to oversee the rolling office refurbishment of the majority of the building, including extensive refurbishment to the reception and “end of trip” area.
Works were undertaken over a 12 month period, whilst some floors were still in occupation.
This involved the strip-out and refurbishment within an occupied and multi-tenanted commercial office building in the West End.
The project team worked closely with the agency team who were responsible for marketing the space upon completion and signing off the ‘look and feel’ to ensure the space ‘stood out’ to assist in the marketing.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
