HartDixon are appointed to carry out ad-hoc PPM surveys to Langham Estates property portfolio, Challenges include arranging access with multiple stakeholders for each of the surveys, HartDixon liases closely with the building managers for each of the properties and ensures access is confirmed for all areas as required.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Ravi joined HartDixon in April 2023, having previously worked at Colliers and JLL. He has gained experience within the commercial sector, working with Landlords and Tenants across London and the Southeast. Ravi has a background in core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, dilapidations, contract administration and technical due diligence.
